ALL ST. LANDRY PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOLS WILL BE CLOSED WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2021 FEBRUARY 16, 2021 OPELOUSAS, LA -- St. Landry Parish Public schools and administrative offices will be closed Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Hazardous road conditions and power outages have resulted in the district’s decision to close facilities for our students, bus drivers, and employees’ safety. We will continue to monitor road conditions and consult with the NWS and the Office of Emergency Preparedness (OEM) in order to ensure the safety of our students and employees. Stay informed of future decisions regarding school re-openings via our SLP app, our district website and our social media pages.
