MACA is deeply grateful to Pat Mason-Guillory and the St. Landry Parish Veterans Memorial (Wreaths Across St. Landry Parish) for their thoughtful donation of a beautiful wreath to our school. This generous gift is a meaningful tribute to honor and remember our veterans. We are also incredibly proud of Gabriella H., who gave a heartfelt performance of Amazing Grace at the event and had the honor of accepting the wreath on behalf of MACA. Thank you for helping us celebrate the spirit of gratitude and remembrance in such a special way. 🇺🇸🎄

🎄✨ MACA's Holiday Arts Celebration 🎨🎶 Our students kicked off the annual Holiday Arts Celebration with a bang! From live art demonstrations by our talented art students to breathtaking stage performances, this event truly showcased the best of MACA's creativity and talent: 🎨 Art students amazed us with live drawing and painting sessions, bringing their incredible creations to life. 💃 Dancers lit up the stage with their merry routines. 🎵 Choir students sang beautifully, filling the air with holiday cheer. 👻 Oogie Boogie Man put on a spectacular show. ✍️ Creative writers shared their innovative and beautifully written stories. 🎺 Band students wowed us once again with outstanding performances. 🎭 Theater students had everyone laughing with their hilarious, well-executed skit. 🦶 Step team brought the energy with a powerful routine that left the crowd in awe. What an incredible showcase of the immense talent at MACA! It was the perfect way to celebrate the season and head into the holiday break. 💖🎄

🧊🐧 Engineering in Action! 🐧🧊 Our 8th-grade students are diving into an exciting engineering project! Their mission? Design and construct a home that will keep their penguin-shaped ice cubes cool in a warming environment. 📐 First, they sketched out detailed blueprints, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 🏗️ Now, they're bringing their plans to life, building creative models to protect their "penguins." 🔥 Finally, the real test—placing their models in the "hot box" to see how well they work under heat!
