She has been an integral part of our school family, touching the lives of countless students and colleagues. Good Afternoon GCES! This is a reminder that we are partnering with the Arc of Acadiana to collect unwanted Mardi Gras beads. The deadline to submit donations is March 15. The class that donates the most beads will win a pizza party. This week students should have received order forms for the Coca Cola Fundraiser. The deadline to submit orders is March 15. Join us for the 2nd Student Arts Expo in St. Landry Parish – a free and family-friendly festival of student artwork, live performances, and fun arts activities. The festival is March 23, 2024, from 10 AM to 3 PM in the Opelousas courthouse square. This festival is a celebration of student-artists in all artistic disciplines from every corner of St. Landry Parish. 🎨🎼🎷🎤

Good Morning GCES! Ms. Annette Courville, Bus 558, is experiencing mechanical problems. She is currently waiting for a replacement bus and will run her route afterwards. We are not sure how long this delay will set back her route. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are so happy to share our latest School Beautification Project. The entrances to the cafeteria now have a look. These door and window wraps serve a dual purpose of adding school spirit to this area and decreasing visibility into the cafeteria from the outside. Again, we Thank you for your support of our fundraising efforts this year.
