Have a safe Memorial Day!

Good Morning GCES. The lockdown has been lifted. Everyone is safe and we are resuming normal activity.

Good Morning GCES!
Under advisement of law enforcement officials, we have initiated a Lockdown. They are investigating a threat that was in the area, not on our campus. There is no need for parents to report to campus to get children at this time. We will send further updates as we receive them from Law Enforcement Officials.

Good Afternoon GCES! This is a reminder that on Wednesday (5/25) and Thursday (5/26) we are dismissing at 12:25 PM. We ask that Car riders are picked up by 12:45. Thursday is also the last day of school for students.

Ms. Melissa Boudreaux was able to get a replacement bus and will resume her normal route this afternoon. She will be using Bus 503 until further notice.
This is also a reminder about the Awards Ceremonies taking place on Monday, May 23. Students in K-4 are invited to dress in Sunday's Best for the program.
PK- 9:00
3rd/4th Grade - 10:30
K-2 - 12:30

Good Afternoon GCES! Ms. Melissa Boudreaux is using a loaner bus while her original bus is being fixed. This bus has a smaller capacity, therefore she will slightly alter her route and run two loads. In the afternoons, the first load will be students who reside on Bellemin St. and Crepe Myrtle Ln. Those same students will be the second load in the mornings. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
