
Bus 24 - John Gillen - will not be running tomorrow morning. He will be getting another bus tomorrow and will have to do two routes. If you live inside Port Barre, he will drop those students off first in the afternoon. Then he will come back to school to get the students that live outside city limits. There may be a minimal time difference in the afternoon drop times.

The start of school is right around the corner! Students in Cohort A will begin August 11th, students in Cohort B will report on August 12th, and all students will return on August 15th. Schools will inform you of your child's cohort.

For the 2nd year in a row, basic school supplies will be provided for our students in grades K-12 by St. Landry Parish School Board. Please note: Any additional supplies needed can be found on school websites and/or will be communicated by your child's school.

Effective for the 2022-2023 school year, all schools are required to collect a $20 technology fee from each enrolled student in addition to the $20 school fee. This fee will afford the student use of district issued technology (chromebooks/laptops). This fee will need to be paid during meet the teacher or it can be paid online at https://osp.osmsinc.com/SLPSB/

PBES: Parents and guardians, school will begin on an A cohort B cohort staggered schedule. Students (Cohort A) who have even number physical addresses (addresses that end in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8) will attend school Thursday, August 11, 2022. Students (Cohort B) who have odd number physical addresses (addresses that end in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9) will attend school Friday, August 12, 2022. All students (both A and B) will return Monday, August 15, 2022.
