SUMMER LEAP TESTING SCHEDULE
Students who attend Opelousas High School who need to retest will be given the LEAP 2025 on the following dates.
Monday, June 23rd - English I & Biology
Tuesday, June 24th - Algebra I & US History
Wednesday, June 25th - English II & Geometry
If your student needs to retest, you will be getting a JCall to report by 7:30 AM on their date of testing. Only students who receive a reminder call, should report for testing.
The ROAR is coming August 29!
Grab and Go meal pickup begins June 2nd! Online registration is now closed. You can still register onsite.
Summer School Application deadline is Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
As a reminder, there is a cost for high school summer school this year--$350.00.
Registration for High School Summer School opened last week. All fees must be paid by Friday, May 23, 2025. Fee payments will not be accepted on the first day of class. New this year, credit card payment option. The QR link below can be shared with parents who desire to pay by credit card.

After reviewing the latest weather conditions and updated forecasts, the school closure for Thursday, May 8th, has been canceled. Classes will resume and follow a normal schedule. Thanks for your flexibility and understanding.

Ring Ceremony is rescheduled to Tuesday, May 13 at 9am
Due to forecasted flash flooding, all schools and administrative offices will be closed on Wednesday, May 7th, and Thursday, May 8th. Lesson content will be delivered remotely through Google Classroom or written assignments. Completed assignments will serve as attendance documentation.
