Due to severe weather forecasted for our area on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, all St. Landry Parish schools and administrative offices will be closed. This closure includes all after-school activities and sports practices. We anticipate resuming regular school hours on Thursday, April 11th. This decision was made after close consultation with the National Weather Service and the Office of Emergency Preparedness to ensure the safety of our students and staff, which remains our top priority. Creswell Middle School Parents and Guardians: Bus 638- Mr. Charles Jerry will not run his route tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10, 2024. There is No Sub Driver for his bus route. Please make arrangements to get your child/children to and from school on tomorrow.

6th Grade Extra Support Math Tutoring at Creswell Middle School will be held today, Monday, April 8th through Wednesday, April 10th. This Wednesday will be the last day for 6th grade Math tutoring. Our students have been doing a great job and we appreciate you for sending them to get the extra help. Please make sure that you arrive by 6pm to pick them up. Creswell Middle School Parents and Guardians: There will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, March 29, 2024 due to the Easter Holiday and Spring Break. School will be closed the week of Monday, April 1st through Friday, April 5th, 2024. School will reopen on Monday, April 8, 2024. Have a safe and happy spring break!! Creswell Middle School Parents and Guardians: Today's Learning Beyond the Bell (LBB) is being canceled due to weather concerns. This cancellation also includes 6th Grade Math Tutoring and MACA Tutoring for Band. Thanks for your understanding.

Creswell Middle Parents and Guardians: Bus 523- Ms. Jill Rideaux will not run her route tomorrow, Monday, March 25, 2024. There is NO Sub Driver for her route. Please make arrangements to get your child/ children to and from school on tomorrow.

CMS Band Art Expo Parents: Band students performing tomorrow, Saturday, March 23, 2024 are to meet up at 11:30am at Creswell Middle School tomorrow morning wearing their CMS Band Shirt or a CMS Maroon shirt with khaki bottoms . Band students will take a bus to the Courthouse Square together, and perform at 1:45pm, and return back to Creswell Middle at 2:30pm for pick up. Thank you for your support! They will be amazing!

6th Grade Extra Support Math Tutoring at Creswell Middle School will be held on tomorrow, Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9am to 12noon. Students do not have to be in uniform and they can bring a snack. We had two successful days and the students are learning. We look forward to seeing them tomorrow!

CMS Art Expo Band Parents and Guardians: There will be band practice, today, Friday, March 22, 2024 after school in preparation for the Art Expo from 4:30pm to 6pm. Please arrive at 5:45pm to pick your child up. Thank you!🎶

CMS Parents and Guardians: Bus 596- Ms. Norma Davis Will Not Be running tomorrow Afternoon Only, Friday, March 22, 2024. Please make arrangements to get your child/children from school on this day. She will drive her morning route Friday. There is no sub driver for the afternoon route.🚌

CMS Band Chaperones attending the UL Band Trip should plan to park at the Girard Park Circle Parking Tower. It’s about a 20 minute walk and payment is required. Please download and register with the ParkMobile app ahead of time. This is the only way to get in to the garage and pay for parking. Angelle Hall is located at the corner of McKinley St. And E St. Mary Blvd. This building is on the University of Louisiana at Lafayette campus in Lafayette. Creswell Middle School Parents and Guardians: Bus 547- Mr. Nathan Kimble will not run his morning routes on Tuesday, March 19th, Wednesday, March 20th and Thursday, March 21st. However, Bus 534, Mrs. Barbara Taylor will pick up students on his route for CMS and PVE on these 3 mornings. Please be on the look out for Bus 534 this morning. He will be running his route in the afternoons.

Creswell Middle School Parents: and Guardians: 3rd 9 Weeks Report Cards Will Go Home on tomorrow, Tuesday, March 19, 2024. *3rd 9 Weeks Course Failure Letters will Go Home. (These letters are for only those students failing a course with less than 67%. Teachers are contacting parents about students failing due to attendance and/or subject area courses.)

Creswell Middle Art Expo Band Students: Tomorrow, Monday, March 18, 2024 is the last day for those students who are interested in attending the UL Band Field Trip to pay their $10 and bring their permission slip to Mrs. Adams or Mrs. Baloney.
