PALMETTO ELEMENTARY TRUNK OR TREAT DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO WEDNESDAY, October 30, 2024, due to impending weather. The block party with the town hall will be celebrated that day as well. Trunk or treat will be held on campus from 5:00-6:00 pm. Then, the Town Hall will be opened afterword.

We are planning for flea fly registration/fittings!
Weather permitting, second and final day will be SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th from 4-5:30 PM at the PBHS gym!
We plan on picking teams early next week! And practice will be announced by coaches! We are still accepting volunteers for cheerleading & football coaches!!

Important St. Landry Parish School District Announcement:
After consulting with the Office of Emergency Preparedness, all schools and administrative offices will be open tomorrow, Thursday, September 12, 2024. However, please be aware that there may be transportation delays due to the aftermath of Hurricane Francine. Given the extensive geography of our parish, we understand that some areas may face challenges. If your family is experiencing storm-related difficulties that prevent your child from attending school, please reach out to the school to inform them.
