Dear Northeast Elementary School Students, Families & Community,

Welcome to a new school year at Northeast Elementary!

There is incredible excitement in the air as the students, parents, teachers, staff, and administration anticipate all of the wonderful learning experiences that we will share this year. We are committed to our tremendous legacy of family support, and we are dedicated to high academic achievement for every child, every day. I am thrilled to be a part of such a special community that is focused on providing a safe, successful learning environment for our brilliant students.

The Northeast teaching and support staff is committed to providing a high quality education that builds students' minds and encourage their hearts. Our staff provides a hands-on, challenging curriculum and instructional activities designed to meet the need of every child in our care.

You are our most valuable member of the Northeast learning community. Communication between home and school is critical to your child's success. You will receive a monthly school newsletter, The Tiger Tracks, and teacher created communications including newsletters, texts, e-mails, phone calls, notes and progress reports.  Starting this year, there will also be a weekly newsletter from the principal, "Peek at Tiger Week," with information about upcoming events, dates to remember, ways to help your child succeed and other valuable information. Please join our Facebook community, visit our website frequently, and sign up for our School Remind notifications.  

 As Principal, I truly believe all students can learn and succeed when given a positive, safe environment where they have opportunities to learn from each other, face challenges with support, and share in the ownership of their education. I am dedicated to being your partner in education. My door is always open for a visit or a conversation so please stop by!
