Today is Veterans Day and Glendale held a ceremony honoring Veterans. This includes those that have served or are serving our country. You are never too young to learn about these great men and women who fight for our freedom.
Glendale sends a great big "THANK YOU" to all of you.

First grader, Colton D, completed addition and subtraction fluency on the Xtra Math program. The computer program offers daily practice and records student progress. Colton received the certificates as recognition for answering all Beginning and Subtraction facts in under 6 seconds.

Let's give a great big CONGRATULATIONS to our October Students of the Month! it takes great dedication and positive behavior to be chosen for this honor! You did a fabulous job students!!

Red Ribbon Week October 25 - 29, 2021
These will be the activities followed for Red Ribbon Week.
Monday : Hippie Day - "Peace out to drugs!"
Break out your tie dye and peace signs!
Tuesday: Hawaiian Day - "Lei off of drugs!"
Wear a Hawaiian shirt and/or lei with uniform bottoms.
Wednesday: Red Day!
Wear as much red as you can!
Thursday: Nerd Day - "I'm too smart to start!"
Dress up like a nerd.
Friday: Team Spirit Day - "Be a JEAN-ious & Team up against drugs!"
Wear jeans with a team shirt or school spirit shirt.
**Kindergarten students will have "Character Day" on Friday.
