Our 2024 Student of the Year Candidates were treated to Pizza with the Principal on Thursday, November 9, 2023. They were so supportive of each other and knew that one of their classmates would represent our school at the end of the process. With this mindset, Ms. Senegal treated them to pizza. This group of 5th graders were so kind, supportive and encouraging to each other throughout the process. Stay tuned for our big announcement!🎉🥰🐅

Veterans Day Flag Raising at Creswell Middle School on Friday, November 10, 2023. CMS had the pleasure having Mr. Vernon Miller, retired Air Force Sergeant visit our school and talk with our Flag Squad and 4-H Club Members. He was very impressed with their flag etiquette knowledge and skills. He shared some tips with them and assisted in the flag raising. It was an awesome treat to have an Air Force Veteran in our presence. Our students enjoyed his stories and advice. Thank you for your service, Mr. Vernon Miller. We appreciate you and all Veterans.🇺🇸

The Creswell Middle School Coca Cola Fundraiser will end on Friday, November 10th. All money and order forms are due by 11:00am Friday morning. No Exceptions!! All Orders will be ready for pick up on Friday, November 17th between 11am and 2pm.

Creswell Middle School 4-H Club - Annual Food Drive: Students are asked to bring in non-perishable items to help a family in need. We will be making baskets with the canned goods, and other items (rice, noodles, cereal, etc.) to donate to a few local families. All extra donations will be given to the St. Landry-Evangeline United Way. We will be accepting non-perishable food donations from November 6th - 15th!

CMS Parents and Guardians: Today, Friday, October 20, 2023 is Pink Out Day! Our students are allowed to wear Pink items- shirts, pants, shoes, etc. Please allow them to enjoy these spirit days, however we must follow the rules. Jeans and Shirts are allowed, but with no rips, holes, cuts or tears in them. This event is listed on our school calendar and the cost is $2.00. Please have your child dress according to this policy so that we can continue to have fun days like this in the future. Please Note: SLP School Board has a NO Hoodie Policy for all students.
