Creswell Middle School Parents/ Guardians Reminders: We are also helping to build and mold future scholars, musicians, athletes, etc.
We set daily expectations and provide our students with an abundance of positive affirmations to encourage and motivate them. We are committed to building our middle school students up to be prepared for the next level.
Here are a few reminders we need YOUR help with each day to reinforce those expectations to our CMS Tigers.š
- Student Attendance: At CMS, Attendance Matters! We are ārequiredā to call and submit letters to the Truancy Department. We do this faithfully everyday. You can help by sending those doctorās excuses in a timely manner; leaving us a voicemail message notifying us that your child will be out for whatever reason; or answering those daily calls letting us know why they are absent. Thank you to those parents that do this everyday!š
- The SLPSB District Policy- No Hoodies, and Outerwear- Solid Jackets and Sweatshirts. All of this information was provided in the district and school handbooks. These documents are on our school website. š
- Cell Phones Are NOT Allowed on CMSā Campus. Please monitor what your students are bringing and how they are using text messages and social media platforms to communicate with each other.š²
- Your children are doing so many great things at CMS. Check us out on our Facebook Page. Come to our Family Literacy Night on Tues., Dec. 12th @ 5:30pm in the cafeteria. You will be so surprised at how your child is learning class! š„°
- Field Trip Permission Slips have gone home. Your child knows the school wide expectations, and they know the consequences of their actions when expectations are not followed. This includes field trips and parades.
