We get it.

School can stress you out.  There's a lot of things to manage - homework, activities, sports, your future - not to mention your social life, work, and personal relationships.  It adds up over time and it's easy to get overwhelmed with it all.  With this in mind, we're sharing a few simple things you can do to help.  Keep in mind though - everyone is different, so different mindfulness and/or calming techniques will work differently for different people.  If the first one you try doesn't work for you, don't get discouraged.  Just try another one.  If all else fails, never hesitate to come and visit us!
