Jump Start Summer Program Application - This application is open to all 8th - 12th-grade students currently enrolled in St. Landry Parish public school district. Jump Start Summers will be virtual this summer and requires an internet connection and a laptop/desktop computer. The program will begin on June 8th and end July 17th. The program is contingent on the number of applicants.

St. Landry Parish Virtual Learning Academy Registration is Now Open

The St. Landry Parish Schools Virtual Learning Academy (SLPVLA) provides students and parents in St. Landry Parish Schools an opportunity to learn through non-traditional means in grades 6-12. St. Landry Parish will begin offering an array of virtual courses in the subjects of English Language Arts, mathematics, social studies, and science, as well as a variety of electives. SLPVLA also offers students the option to learn in a self-paced environment and customized education to support student goals.

School Meal Distribution

St. Landry Parish School District will be partnering with The Healthy School Food Collaborative beginning the week of April 20, 2020. They will deliver meals to the address that is provided in the registration form completed. It is imperative that parents follow the link provided to complete the registration in order to receive meals.  They will be provided with 20 shelf-stable meals per child (5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 snacks, and 5 suppers) for a one-week time span.  Here is the link to register:  https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/emf/thsfc/stlandryemergencymeals
